Abstract
It has been found that operators have historically employed unapproved techniques contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations. IFALPA emphasizes that operators should only provide information on approved techniques and procedures endorsed by the competent authority responsible for aircraft safety. IFALPA suggests a process for approving techniques that have a significant impact on aircraft operation, involving manufacturer and authority acceptance. This ensures adherence to standardized practices and enhances overall safety.
