Abstract
Mentorship is a vital tool for supporting underrepresented women in the pilot workforce. Structured mentorship programs provide guidance and access to professional networks, helping women navigate career progression, build confidence, and develop leadership skills. By fostering supportive and voluntary mentorship initiatives, airlines and associations can enhance retention, leadership continuity, gender equity, and overall workforce sustainability.
