Professional Development Events

One of IFALPAs core functions is to promote and enhance the role and status of professional pilots by providing training and education. To this end, IFALPA offers programs and seminars tailored to both new volunteers and experienced representatives.

The portfolio of Professional Development covers areas like Negotiations Training, Aircraft Accident Investigation, Human Factors & Leadership, Runway & Airport Safety, and Fatigue Risk Management.

The InterPilot Aviation Safety Foundation (“IPASF” or “the Foundation”) – is an independent, non-profit,  international organization established to advance the piloting profession by offering scholarships,  bursaries, and other forms of financial assistance to individuals wishing to attend aviation safety,  training, and educational courses. IPASF works in partnership with IFALPA and Aero Montreal.
