Mutual Assistance Requests

Requests for Mutual Assistance are intended to provide a range of support to a Member Association when it is involved in a dispute with an airline. The Federation acts to co-ordinate assistance between individual Member Associations.

Member Associations seeking Mutual Assistance should contact IFALPA Headquarters and Professional & Government Affairs Officer (PGAO) as soon as possible. Associations seeking Mutual Assistance as a joint action by Member Associations should contact the Member Associations from whom they require assistance and keep the IFALPA Headquarters/PGAO advised of all developments.
