Patrick flies A320s for Air France, based in Paris. Since 2003 he has been an active member of the HUPER Committee, in which he held the position of Vice-Chair, Training and Licensing. He also chaired SNPL’s technical Committee for many years and is an IFALPA-Accredited Accident Investigator. In May 2016, he was elected Executive Vice-President, Technical and Safety Standards, at the 71st IFALPA Conference in New Orleans. He represents the Federation in several key ICAO Groups, including the Flight Operations Panel (FLTOPSP) and the Remotely Piloted Aircraft System Panel (RPASP). Back home, Patrick enjoys taking care of his garden, and spends long hours crafting wooden furniture.
Capt. Tanja Harter
As Chair of IFALPA's HUPER Committee, Captain Tanja Harter is responsible for all training & licensing, human factor and medical issues within IFALPA. She has taken a leading role in the area of Professional Development with the IFALPA MPL Workshop. Captain Harter is also actively involved in numerous international working groups and initiatives on behalf of IFALPA, such as the development of the Manual of Criteria for the Qualification of Flight Simulation Training Devices (ICAO Doc 9625) and the Manual of Evidence-based Training (ICAO Doc 9995). Captain Harter is an active CRM Instructor as well as an accredited Business & Management Coach. She is currently based in Munich and flies the A320 family as Captain for Lufthansa.

Capt. David McKenney
Captain David McKenney is a B-767 pilot for United Air Lines and is the Vice Chairman (Human Factors) for the IFALPA Human Performance Committee. He also serves as a human factors and training expert for ALPA International. Captain McKenney has accumulated over 16,000 hours in 35 years of military and civilian flying, and has served as a flight instructor and check airman. He holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Utah.

Dr. Antti Tuori
Finnair pilot and medical doctor, Dr. Antti Tuori earned his M.D. in 1996 and his Ph.D. in 1998. Dr. Tuori flies A320s for Finnair, where he began his career as a First Officer in 2002. Dr. Tuori has been representing his home MA, the Finnish Pilots’ Association (FPA) as a volunteer with IFALPA since 2003. He currently serves as Committee Vice-Chairman (Medical) of IFALPA’s Human Performance Committee. Dr. Tuori has been an Aeromedical Examiner since 2013.

Develop IFALPA policy by taking notice of findings of international research and recognised developments in human factor science and by interacting with other relevant IFALPA Standing Committees.
